What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our support team immediately, and we will arrange a free replacement.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
