The TAG 14 inch NRK Bubbler features a distinctive internal tube pathway that gives the piece its name: NRK, or Non-Recycling Klein. The term “Klein” refers to the in-and-out tube layout. It is not a recycler. Instead, it uses an external tube pathway to route airflow while keeping the main chamber open.

Originally designed in 2017, this layout remained unreleased for years. It now joins the lineup as one of TAG’s more unconventional and function-driven builds.

Why the Outer Tube Matters

The purpose of the outer tube is functional, not decorative. By moving the downstem pathway outside the main chamber, the internal space remains open for proper bubble expansion, similar to a traditional bong.

Many bubblers place the downstem directly inside the chamber, which takes up valuable internal volume and restricts bubble movement. The NRK design avoids that issue, allowing fuller bubble stacking and more natural diffusion inside the chamber.
